How to Book Your Safari

To begin your safari booking journey, simply express your interest after reviewing our guide and sample itineraries. Let us know your preferences—whether you prefer a ready-made package or a tailor-made experience—along with your travel dates and group size.

Our team will connect with you via direct messaging, phone calls, or email to help shape your ideal safari. Together, we’ll explore various options, offer expert recommendations, and refine your itinerary until it meets your expectations.

Once your preferred itinerary is finalized, we’ll proceed to check the availability of accommodations. If your selected lodges are available, we’ll place provisional reservations. If not, we’ll provide alternative options for your approval before confirming.

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required. You may pay via:

  • Revolut (no extra fees)

  • Bank Transfer (USD $10–$15 surcharge)

  • Credit/Debit Card (subject to a 4% processing fee)

The remaining balance is payable in USD, EUR, or GBP cash upon arrival.

Once your deposit is received and confirmed, we’ll issue a formal booking confirmation to lock in your safari adventure.

Please Note: All domestic flights are arranged through third-party airline operators. We are not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations by the airline. Any schedule adjustments, refund requests, or cancellations are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
